Account
Any player requesting to create an account must be 18 years old or, in the case of Estonia, at least 21 years old.
Residents of the United States, Austria, and France are not eligible to register as players in our Company.
Players of our Company undertake to comply with these terms and conditions at all times and confirm the following: – Not to act in the interests of third parties; – Not to use money derived from criminal activities; – Not to use unauthorized bank accounts, debit or credit cards; – Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Company’s systems or modify the codes or content in any way; – Not to participate in or initiate (criminal) proceedings against any or all companies, affiliates, and their players.
In the event that a player fails to meet one or more of the standards mentioned in points 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3, the Company will be authorized to terminate your account and confiscate the available funds.
It is the player’s responsibility to verify the opening of an account and the conduct of business with the Company, that there are no violations of the law, and that the parties involved are of legal age to gamble in their jurisdiction.
To open an account with the Company, the potential customer must correctly complete the registration form available on the website and read and accept the Terms and Conditions available at https://dexwin.bet/.
The player must provide correct information upon registration. This information includes: name, gender, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. This information will be retained by the Company or one of them to enable and offer its services to players. Players also undertake to update this information in a timely manner in the event of any changes to their personal data.
A player may only register and maintain one active account.
The Companies may, at their discretion and without justification, refuse to open an account or decide to close an existing account. If the Company decides to close an existing account, all previously entered into contractual obligations will be honored.
All accounts must be opened and operated in euros.
The Companies are not financial institutions and do not receive any interest on funds, regardless of their amount. They are only held in the customer’s account.
It is the player’s responsibility to track and report their winnings to the relevant authorities if they reside in a jurisdiction where their winnings are taxable.
Upon registration, the player must choose a username and password to log in. The password can be changed at any time.
The player must keep their username and password secret. In accordance with this standard, the Company recommends not writing down their own username and password so that they are easily accessible and usable. The Company also recommends not leaving their computer unattended while logged in to prevent any use of the account without their consent. The Company also recommends that the player create a password of at least 8 characters, consisting of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and other characters (for example: Asdf12/3).
Any bet made with a player’s username and password will be considered as made by that same player and will be accepted and valid.
The Company prohibits any collusion between players and the use of devices or programs that alter the normal operation of the game (such as robots).
The Company reserves the right to verify and confirm the identity of its players at any time, even after payment transactions. If necessary, the Company will request documents certifying the player’s identity and forward them to its offices. Examples of requested documents: certified copies of identity cards, passports, bank statements, references, invoices, a copy of a credit card, etc.
These documents cannot be sold or transferred to third parties on behalf of a player.
Online gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction where you are located; if this is the case, you are not authorized to use your payment card to complete this transaction. It is
the cardholder’s responsibility to be aware of the legislation regarding online gambling in their country of residence.
Payments:
Deposits to the account can be made by credit card, bank transfer, check, and electronic transfer. The name on the credit card or bank transfer must be the same as the name of the player receiving the funds. Otherwise, the deposit will be rejected and the funds refunded. All bank fees charged on payments will be deducted from the amounts paid.
When a deposit is made by credit card, it is made immediately after the transaction is finalized. It is advisable to print all transaction data and store it in your own archives.

All transactions are checked for possible money laundering activities. Any suspicious activity will result in the player being reported to the relevant authorities and the funds being frozen, or even closed and confiscated.
The Company’s policy regarding refunds is not to issue any refunds. However, the decision whether or not to grant a refund for a deposit is left to the Company’s discretion.
Bonuses may be accumulated on a player’s account from time to time following a promotion or marketing campaign. More details on the rules of each bonus will be published on the website as soon as they are made available. Bonuses can only be used if all conditions are met.
Funds cannot be transferred from one player account to another.
The player can access their account at any time and view its status, showing all transactions made on that account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings, stakes, pending bets, and withdrawals. If the player notices an error, he or she must immediately report it to the Company, or one of them, so that it can be corrected. The player who notices an error must report it within ninety (90) days of the error being displayed on his or her account status, available on the website.
At any time, the player may decide to withdraw all or part of his or her funds from his or her account by exploring among the different options offered by the companies. Fees may apply depending on the currency and the chosen withdrawal option. The Company does not apply any fees for withdrawals, but all bank charges and payment practices are the responsibility of the player. After withdrawing all of his or her funds, the player has the right to close his or her account if he or she wishes.
The Company will make every effort to process each withdrawal request within three to five (3/5) business days of receipt.
Withdrawals are always made from the account to which the deposits were made.
The player acknowledges that the Company can only fulfill withdrawal requests after verifying the players’ identity.
He acknowledges the legitimacy of the Company’s identity verification requests for players requiring a higher withdrawal.
